If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our booking service.
  2. Booking Service
    2.1. Our Site provides an online booking plugin that allows you to submit a request to schedule a cleaning service.
    2.2. Important: Submitting a booking through our online system is a booking request, not a confirmed booking. All online bookings are considered provisional until confirmed directly by a Prime Clean Geelong team member via telephone.
    2.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
  3. Booking and Confirmation Process
    3.1. Online Request: You will select your preferred date, time, and provide details of the service you require.
    3.2. Advance Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ (1 day) notice for all booking requests.
    3.3. Confirmation Call: A Prime Clean Geelong team member will contact you by phone to confirm your booking details, including the final date, time, and scope of work. Your booking is only finalized and confirmed once you have received this confirmation call and have agreed to the details.
    3.4. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking request at our discretion.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    4.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, you must contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
    4.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price, at our discretion.
    4.3. Failure to provide access to the property at the confirmed time may be treated as a late cancellation.
  5. Pricing and Payment
    5.1. All prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
    5.2. The final price confirmed over the phone may differ from an initial online estimate based on the specific details discussed.
    5.3. Payment terms (e.g., payment on completion, via invoice) will be confirmed during the confirmation call.
  6. Access and Safety
    6.1. You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and clear access to the property at the confirmed time.
    6.2. You must inform us of any potential hazards, pets, or specific access instructions (e.g., gate codes, alarm codes) during the confirmation call.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    7.1. Prime Clean Geelong will perform its services with due care and skill.
    7.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.
  8. Intellectual Property
    All content on this Site, including text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Prime Clean Geelong and is protected by copyright law.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the booking service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
